The MG Windsor EV has recently been introduced as the newest electric vehicle (EV) in India, achieving sales of 3,144 units in November 2024.
The Windsor EV has achieved the status of the best-selling electric vehicle in India for the second consecutive month. The entry-level variant of the Windsor EV is priced at ₹13.50 lakh, while the highest variant is available for up to ₹15.50 lakh.

Hyundai Creta EV
This mid-size electric SUV is anticipated to be launched in January 2025. It is expected to feature a 45 kWh battery, offering a range of approximately 450 km, along with a power output of 138 bhp and 255 Nm of torque.
Maruti Suzuki eVX
Maruti's inaugural electric vehicle is projected to debut in the fourth quarter of FY25. This premium model will be equipped with a 60 kWh battery pack, providing a range of 500-550 km on a single full charge.
Mahindra BE. 05
This SUV is also expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of FY25. It will be built on the INGLO EV platform, utilizing components from the Volkswagen Group's modular electric drive matrix (MEB) platform.
