United States closed or Experiencing Delays?

Educational institutions throughout New England, including Boston and various other significant cities in the United States, are anticipated to either remain closed or experience delays due to the recent storm developments in these areas, which have resulted in both snow and rain. School closures are confirmed for Thursday in Boston and across New England.

The meteorological authorities have indicated that the precipitation, comprising rain and snow, is likely to swiftly move offshore following its impact during the mid-morning and afternoon hours across New England, Boston, and several other regions in the United States.

Adverse weather conditions are impacting the functioning of public schools and state universities throughout the United States.

In Boston, for instance, both Abby Kelley Foster Charter Public School and the Ashburnham-Westminster Regional School District will be closed. Meanwhile, Bancroft School, Anna Maria College, and Berlin-Boylston Public Schools have declared a minimum delay of two hours in their operations, as reported by NBC. Should the inclement weather continue, it remains uncertain whether these delays will be prolonged.

Fitchburg State University and Frontier Regional School District will experience delays of 1.5 hours and 2 hours, respectively, among several well-known state universities, colleges, and public schools. Meanwhile, Gardner Public Schools and Leverett Public Schools will remain closed until Thursday.
